Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am delighted to be informing you about 'face to face' Parent Teacher meetings. Information as follows:
Primary 7 meetings will be held on Monday 25th October and Tuesday 26th October. An individual time will be given for each child. The school will be open as normal on these days for the children. Primary 7 parents should enter the school building via the reception for their meetings.
Nursery-Primary 6 meetings will be held on Monday 29th November and Tuesday 30th November. An individual time will be given for each child. The school will be closed for all pupils on these days during meetings.
- Only 1 parent/guardian may attend
- Please exercise social distancing at all times in and around the school building
- Please wear a mask (unless exempt) in and around the school building
- Meetings are timetabled to allow 10 minutes for each child
- For the smooth running of the timetable we ask that we keep to the scheduled time
- There will be no supervision for children (Nursery-P6) during the meetings, therefore they should not attend
Nursery-Primary 6 teachers will conduct meetings in their classrooms. Please enter the school building through the door which your child usually enters.
Class teachers will give your child their allocated time in due course.
