Hair Raising Learning! 💇‍♂️

💈 Today our foundation stage children welcomed Mr Paddy Burns (Grandparent) the barber to Good Shepherd Primary & Nursery School.  The boys and girls are learning about ‘people who help us’ and today they were treated to a live demonstration along with a question and answer session with a local barber.  👏

It certainly brought learning to life and the boys and girls displayed great attention and listening skills.   Mr Burns spoke to the children about his day, what instruments he used and how he went about his job.  Thank you Mr Burns for coming to visit us, your continued support of the school and for bringing the children’s learning to life! ✂️
