10th Anniversary of The Daily Mile

Here at Good Shepherd, our children complete the Daily Mile.  On Thursday it celebrated 10 years in operation!  We love the daily mile as it aims to:

• Help improve focus, concentration and behaviour
• Physical activity helps improve attainment 
• It embeds daily physical activity into our approach to Health and Wellbeing
• Children have the opportunity to improve fitness
