Dear Parents/Guardians,

A Microsoft forms questionnaire will go live on Monday 9th May for our breakfast club starting on Monday 16th May to give us time to plan and ensure that this new addition to our school runs as successfully as possible.  Thank you for your continued patience and support at this time.

We will begin our Breakfast Club on Monday 16th May!

  • P1-P7 children only at this time
  • Numbers will initially be limited to first 50 children
  • Children must commit to attend 5 days a week
  • It will be open from 8.10am, last entry at 8.30am
  • Unless children are attending the breakfast club, no other children are permitted to enter the school grounds before 8.45am
  • Cost will be £1 per day, per child, to cover all running costs
  • Children will have the choice of cereal, toast and fruit juice
  • Families will have to book in each week via a Microsoft form- issued on Monday 9th May
  • Children will enter via upper gate at the nursery side and then in the canteen doors at the front reception area.  Parents/Guardians should accompany their child to the door of the canteen.
  • Children should pay cash directly on a Monday morning to supervisory staff at the breakfast club. Money should be in an envelope, clearly marked with the child’s name and class.
On Friday 13th May, the children can wear anything red or white in support of our Derry Gaelic Team. Cumann na mBunscol Doire encourage all Primary Schools throughout County Derry to promote a ‘Red & White Day’ on Friday 13th May to show our support for the Derry Mens Senior Football Team before their Ulster semi-final v Monaghan in Armagh on Sunday 15th May. We also encourage as many Derry supporters as possible to make their way to the game to give this Derry team the support they deserve! Doire Abu!!🔴⚪️
